How to Install libgomp1-dbg software package in Debian 8 (Jessie)

libgomp1-dbg software package provides GCC OpenMP (GOMP) support library (debug symbols), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install libgomp1-dbg

libgomp1-dbg is installed in your system.

Make ensure the libgomp1-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgomp1-dbg *

You will get with libgomp1-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
